Program description

Suncoast Insurance Solutions, LLC (“Suncoast”), an insurance agency owned by Theresa Salak, may send text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages may include appointment reminders and scheduling, policy service and renewal reminders, quote follow-ups, responses to your inquiries, document or signature requests, general informational notices, and occasional promotional messages about insurance products and services.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Suncoast by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, by providing your mobile number and agreeing verbally or in writing to receive texts, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies based on your policy activity and communications with us.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Important notice

Coverage cannot be bound, changed, or canceled by text message, and no coverage is in effect until confirmed in writing by Suncoast or the insurance company. Please do not send sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or bank or card account numbers by text.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our messaging platform provider.
